Customer Success Collective community
"I wish there were a place to connect and collaborate solely with other customer success folks."
Okay, so no one said these exact words to us - but it's true. Since the start of time, there's been a gaping hole in the customer success scene, and those in the industry have missed out on the chance to level up and learn from their peers - day-to-day.
Our Customer Success Collective's free Slack community puts an end to all that with 3,500+ members and growing every day - weβre friendly, full of ideas, and always happy to share our knowledge!
See for yourself. π

FAQs
Q: Is there a fee to join?
A: Absolutely not. The community's completely free and always will be.
Q: Can I promote my companyβs products and services?
A: Negative. Our community's a space for pure, independent knowledge-sharing and we don't want anything to get in the way of that. If itβs part of a relevant discussion, we wonβt stop you from mentioning your product just as long as youβre transparent about your relationship with it. Outright sales posts are a no-go, though.
Q: Can I invite other people?
A: Yes! We actively encourage this. The more the merrier. π
