So, when buying in bulk for future accounting for future new hires, you don’t have to assign everyone a login at the same time. There’s flexibility with your account set up.

However, all logins must be assigned within the first year of purchase, or they’ll expire.

Students who don’t pass on their first attempt will be given the option to retake the exam. If they fail the second attempt, unfortunately, it means they won’t get the certificate.

However, while they won’t receive the certification, they’ll be given life-long access to the course materials, allowing them the option to always be able to brush up and fill those knowledge gaps.
