You can 'close your loop' through the platform and get rematch in the next matching cycle.
We suggest keeping communications on the chat function in the platform and tracking your goals and progress with the given features.
Yes. Mentorship is included with Pro and Pro+ memberships. Exec+ offers a more bespoke mentorship experience.
Reach out to your mentor on Mentorloop to set up your first session. After each session, please fill out the Mentoring Quality Score (MQS) to let us know how it went.
The goal is to find one mentor you really click with and can build a long-term relationship with.
While you can talk to a few mentors at first or have more than one mentor for different goals, we've seen the best results when you stick with one main mentor over time.
If you've got a short-term goal or a specific ask (like a career change, role curiosity, or short-term project), reach out to us directly, and we'll help find someone outside of the algorithm.
